A lifelong martial arts and fitness enthusiast, I stepped onto the judo mats at age 4 and earned my 1st dan black belt by 16. My passion for combat sports only grew from there, with over a decade of boxing experience shaping my love for movement, strength, and discipline. More recently, I embraced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, continuously seeking new challenges and ways to grow. My mission? To make fitness fun, empowering, and accessible—because everyone can discover a sport they love.
